Refund Policy

All items are final sale. They can either be exchanged for free or compensated with store credit with an equal value of the product you purchased.

Damaged or lost items can either be replaced by us free of charge or refunded to the original payment method used.

If your damage request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All orders receive a free exchange or store credit with every purchase

Any items in new condition, and with all tags attached can be exchanged for free or be provided with a store credit within 30 days after we receive your order. We do not accept exchanges or give store credit after that time has passed.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they do not fit, are defective, or are damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  contact@delicattoforyou.com

Store Credit

Store credit with a value equal to the product will be offered if an exchange is not needed. Once your order is inspected, we will send you a E-GIFT CARD CODE that will contain the dollar value of your item.

Canceling An Order

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchasing. You can only cancel your order within that time period.
